Who We Are

M.D. FORTALEZA ARCHITECT DESIGN STUDIO is a full service of Architecture Planning and Design, Architectural Interior (Fit-outs), Project Management and Design-Build Services that began in Malabon City on March 2017 led by Principal Architect, ARCHITECT MARK ANTHONY D.A. FORTALEZA, a member of United Architects of the Philippines – Integrated and Accredited Professional Organization of Architects (UAP-IAPOA). M.D. Fortaleza Architect Design Studio worked with allied profession including Structural/Civil Engineer, Professional Electrical Engineer, Master Plumber, Sanitary Engineer, Professional Mechanical Engineer, Electronic and Communications Engineer and Geodetic Engineer.
VISION
To plan, design and build sustainable, cost effective, socially-responsible services for a residential, commercial, healthcare, retail, office and mixed use building with the touch of GREEN ARCHITECTURE.
We are committed to deliver the requirements of the client from concept to schematic planning and design up to completion of the projects.
MISSION
M.D. FORTALEZA ARCHITECT DESIGN STUDIO provide the “Firmitas, Utilitas, Venustas” (Strength, Utilities and Beauty) of the project, with Fair, Quality and Satisfaction of the client and also consider the safety of the user of the project.
In Architectural Planning, we consider and comply with the National Building Code of the Philippines, and other code & laws related to the building projects.
